Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Worldwide.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- For custom or personalized items, processing may take longer—typically 5–7 business days—depending on complexity.
- You will receive a notification (by email) once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

4. Shipping Costs & Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight / dimensions / destination at checkout.
- For large or bulky orders, additional handling fees may apply.
- For international shipments, please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for any such charges assessed by their country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name
- Estimated delivery date
You may track the order via the carrier’s website using that tracking number.
6. Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a shipment cannot be delivered (e.g. recipient not available, address issues) and is returned to us:
- We will notify you via email.
- You will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
- If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping fees may not be refundable.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
- We may require photos of the damage and any packaging.
- In cases confirmed by the carrier, we will either reship the items or issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
